The Birchview sits on a small rise of land nestled in the spruce trees as it looks out to sea through a birch tree vista. The fresh smell of spruce permeates the Birchview. With an unobstructed view of the ocean and an unlimited supply of salt air, you will awake refreshed.

Two Bedrooms with Fireplace

The Birchview has two large bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed while the second bedroom has two single size beds. The center of the building contains a fully equipped country galley kitchen to the side of a large living and dining area. There is a beautiful fieldstone fireplace on the back center wall of this open space. An attached bath with shower stall attaches to the back of the Birchview.

Screened Porch with Ocean View

Relax while sitting in front of the Birchview under the stars or in the screened in front porch. The screened in porch has a table from which you can have dinner as you look out to the setting sun over the ocean. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the smooth ocean and distant islands. Listen to the unique call of the gulls, loons and cormorants as they fly to their roosts when the day draws to a close.
